Delicious and healthy banana oatmeal cookies that are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool before serving.
