- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into sticks.
