- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap using a meat mallet.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll up each breast and secure with toothpicks.
- Dip each roll in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Arrange in a baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
