- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Toss until wings are evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- During the last 10 minutes, brush wings with barbecue sauce.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
- Adjust the spiciness by modifying the cayenne pepper.
