- 200 grams Medjool dates, pitted
- 100 grams almonds
- 50 grams cocoa powder
- 100 grams almond flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 100 grams dark chocolate, melted
- 2 large eggs
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend the pitted dates and almonds until finely chopped.
- Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the food processor and blend until combined.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted dark chocolate and the eggs, then mix until smooth.
- Fold the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
