- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, stir in flour until it forms a ball. Remove from heat.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Meanwhile, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in caramel sauce and shredded coconut.
- Once the puffs have cooled, fill them with the cream mixture.
- Drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to not open the oven door while baking to prevent the puffs from collapsing.
- These can be filled just before serving to maintain their texture.
