- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed berries (e.g., raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and butter. Mix until crumbly.
- Add the egg and vanilla; mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into tartlet molds and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until peaks form.
- Once tartlets are cool, fill with whipped cream and top with mixed berries.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to chill the tartlets for at least 30 minutes before serving for better flavor.
- You can use any combination of berries based on your preference.
